Yes! The included stainless steel ball chain lanyard is 92 cm (36 in). This is "just about right" for most people, but if you need to shorten the lanyard, you can easily clip it with a pair of wire cutters.
Can I add other dog tags or accessories to the ball chain? Will the lens scratch?
Definitely – the RTM looks great with dog tags and necklaces. The polycarbonate lens is scratch resistant and will easily withstand normal contact from other objects. The silicone silencer wraps around the lens for maximum comfort and protection.
