We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days for any reason.

Note: there is a $30.00 restocking fee for all custom items.  Custom items include: prescription monocles, mirror monocles, tinted monocles, other custom items.

To return an item:

1. Contact us with your Order # to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
2. Mail your item(s) to the return address provided
3. Email us the tracking number of your package
4. We will issue your refund

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges. If you need another size or style, please contact us to request a return, and then place a new order for the correct size or style.

If you had a discount on your original order, please contact us with your new order number so we can match the discount. Note: the matching discount will only be applied to items that are being repurchased.
